Let me tell you one thing I know you use many new updated versions of PicsArt. I appreciate all the latest versions are improving features and tools experience day by day, but one is the most important thing accepting features is quality because if you have many features but you don’t have a perfect quality so this is useless and all the new versions did.
But don’t be worried I have a solution to this problem.
PicsArt 10.2 is one of the best PicsArt all the time because this version never lets your picture quality down when you use stretch or clone tools or any others.
About me, I use this PicsArt for so long infect I used all the latest versions but the latest versions didn’t save the quality front of PicsArt 10.2. I know their tool’s not updated and did not have new features but there are all those features available that you have to need for editing.
I suggest you if you are using new versions of PicsArt you can compare both results and you will get what I am trying to say through this article.
Picsart 10.2 provides you with maximum quality results and pixels this version is old but it’s still better than all versions they have many tools like a collage maker and draw tools etc.

Stretched Tool: Stretch tool is also a very good option in Picsart because they fix all kinds of things just like hair, Dress, and many more.
Cut Out: You can erase your picture background easily in a second but you have to know that its decreases the quality of your pictures.
Adjust: Adjust your picture colors like contrast, Shadows, Clarity, Brightness, Temp, etc.
FX: Effects Is also a very good option in Picsart because it saves your time when you merge your background and model colors.
